What is Big O Bootcamp?

An indoor/outdoor fitness program of group personal training designed specifically for all levels of fitness. You are invited to join us no matter what your athletic ability or fitness level might be. Everyone works at their own pace and you are given lots of personal attention and training.

When can I start Boot Camp?

Please check the Big O! Boot Camp schedule for starting date and location. You must register before the deadline to start a class. You can call Shannon @669-3242 to schedule a time to come check out a class.

What will I learn in Boot Camp?

You will learn the most effective exercises for your core (abs, hips and lower back), glutes, lower and upper body. We will teach you how to build a more functional, athletic and leaner body. Every Boot Camp session is different and we are constantly introducing new exercises to challenge you. We invite you to join us for a motivating, supportive and educational experience.

What are the expected results when I complete a Big O! Boot Camp class?

You can lose body fat, sculpt your muscles, flatten your tummy, define your abs, firm and tone your glutes, tone and slim your legs, improve core strength, increase your stamina, learn new exercises, fire up your metabolism, boost your confidence, be more active and energetic, make new friends and have lots of fun! What if I am not physically fit or have never exercised before?

Nobody will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. You are in control of the intensity and pace of your own workout. No one will go home unchallenged! People of all athletic abilities and fitness levels are invited to participate. You will inspire and be inspired by others. You will be among friends. Please contact us if you have had recent surgery or a serious injury so that we may help you assess your fitness level and capabilities.

Who is your typical client?

Our typical clients are people just like you who want to lose weight and get in shape. We are not Spandex and Lycra, but comfortable t-shirts and shorts. We work in a spirit of camaraderie and friendship.

Are you going to scream at me like a Drill Sergeant?

Only if you show up to class late! Seriously though, we do not respond to screaming and we do not scream at others. We work personally with everyone on proper form and execution of all the Boot Camp exercises. Everything you learn during Boot Camp can be incorporated into your own exercise program at a later date. We want you to love your results so much that you will dedicate yourself to a lifetime of fitness and health.

What if I'm running late or miss a scheduled Boot Camp session?

If you are running late you may have to do a few extra push ups or squats or maybe some burpees! but other wise just get there when you can. 2 missed classes can be made up in another class. Boot Campers who have perfect attendance will earn prizes at the end of each 6 week session.

Can I bring a friend or co-worker?

Of course, we would love to have you bring someone else to help keep you motivated and accountable. Over half of our clients train with a friend they introduced to our Boot Camps. For every new friend you refer you will earn $10 cash!

How many weeks is Boot Camp?

More than half of our clients love Boot Camp so much that they attend Boot Camp for several 4 week cycles. Depending on the results you desire, you may sign-up for one 4 week class or get set up on our convient auto payment plan, and attend classes until all goals are met. The longer you attend classes the better results you will achieve.
