The Big O! Boot Camp staff has over 20 years combined experiance in the personal training field. In June of 2008 Josoff Training LLC and Progressive Fitness LLP joined forces to bring you the best fitness boot camp in Omaha and surrounding areas. We currently offer the most affordable, challenging, fun, and benificial boot camp offerd in Omaha and surrounding areas!

Shannon is a certified personal trainer with over 14 years of training experience.  Starting her training career in June of 1996 at the age of 18 Shannon has dedicated her life to helping people lead healthier more fit lives.

Her certifications include AFAA Certified Personal Trainer, BFI Certified Fitness Boxing Instructor, Certified Kick-boxing Instructor and Self Defense Instructor. 

Shannon is certified by the American Red Cross in adult and infant CPR, AED and First Aid. 

She has enjoyed teaching group fitness boot camps for the last 4 years.

Shannon  is a volunteer Firefighter for the Manley Ne. Fire Department and serves on the town board.

 In her free time Shannon enjoys spending time with her husband Brad and two daughters Haylee 5 and Hanna 4.

Some of her favorite hobbies are Hiking, Running, Biking, Competing in races, Camping, Boating and Traveling

Kasey was born in O'Neill Nebraska. He was an education major at Wayne State College and moved to Fort Lauderdale Florida and began his personal training career in 2002. He moved back to Omaha in 2004 where he met and married his wife Jill. Kasey enjoys playing basketball, spending time with family and time at the lake. Kasey's certifications include National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), Certified Personal Trainer and Performance Enhancement Specialist, Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), CPR and First Aid certification through the American Heart Association.
Matt was born and raised in Southern New Jersey. He has lived in the Omaha area since 2002. Matt enjoys spending his free time with friends and family. Matt has a wife who serves in the air force and a son, Luke. Matt's interests/hobbies include: hiking, basketball, hunting and traveling. Matt began training in 2005 and his certifications include National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist, Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), American Council on Exercise (ACE), CPR and First Aid certification through the American Heart Association.
Born and raised in Norfolk, NE, Marisa played softball, basketball, and participated in track while in high school. During her summers, she competed in select softball. Her passion for sports continued as she had the privilege of playing colligate softball for 4 years at Dana College. Despite needing shoulder surgery during college, Marisa was able to return and play at a high level the rest of her career earning All-Conference recognition. While at Dana, she learned about athletic medicine by volunteering in the athletic training room which eventually led her to pursue physical therapy. Marisa completed her Bachelors degree in Biology from Dana College and then went on to receive her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. She is currently a member of the National Physical Therapy Association as well as the Nebraska Physical Therapy Association. In her free time, Marisa continues to play softball with every chance she gets. She has also dabbled in other sports like running a half-marathon, running adventure races, indoor soccer league, sand volleyball league, biking, and hiking. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, being outdoors, and being a sports’ fan.
